We went to dinner here last night and loved it! We ordered the Coushatta Sushi Roll, the Hunan Stir Fry and the Orange Chicken. I was craving sushi and it hit perfect! @thathoustonmom
The food was good and all but when the fried rice says it has bean sprouts it means that the fried rice is 50% bean sprouts,

This Pho is delicious. The broth is the best I've had in awhile. Every restaurant I have eaten at here at Coushatta has been delicious and the staff is super nice.

Based on the reviews, Noodles | Asian offers a variety of dishes including the Coushatta Sushi Roll, Hunan Stir Fry, Orange Chicken, Pho, Shrimp fried rice, Shrimp egg rolls, General Tao’s Chicken, Lo mein, and crab rangoons. The Pho broth is the best some have had in awhile and was on point, though the beef comes well done with meatballs and brisket. The Shrimp fried rice was excellent and loaded with shrimp with sesame oil and sprouts. Service is wonderful, super nice, and excellent. The ambiance is good but noisy with some booths that have sunk in. However, the General Tao’s Chicken was not what was expected, and six crab rangoons for $18 with no crab was a disappointment. The Lo mein was good with a LARGE portion but the beef could be better. Overall, the restaurant is delicious and a place where people will eat next time.
