We stopped here while biking through the Tammany Trace and gorged ourselves on an incredible boiled crawfish feast! It was so delicious, well priced, and perfect for a day out biking, and the people who work here are so kind and friendly. It really feels like an honest, authentic local place. Thanks so much - we'll definitely come again if we're passing through Lacombe!

Kara has to be not only mine, but numerous others favorite St Tammeny person.Destiny call the patrons, "THE CREW" people love, respect & enjoy others.Food next door is killer, but my favorite is to watch Kara cook.Also he has a new food truck.

Da Crab Trap is the real deal. It's not a faux bar with reproduction memorabilia on the walls to make it kewl. It's a straight up dive bar with great staff, great customers, cheap beer, wine, booze. It's also dog friendly (patio only, leashes & good behavior required). Karaoke on Sunday afternoons.
