Service was excellent but trout almondee had delicious roasted almonds in butter but fish tasted very fishy and.bland...another party at our table had the same opinion. Others had meatballs and pasta which they said was good but was pricey $28...and someone else had soft shell crab plate which she thought was good...Also gumbo was good but shrimp were very leathery or chewy..
Atmosphere was.noisy but nice dining room setting.
Value for your .money....too costly...

We tried Sal & Judy’s for the first time tonight and it was hands down the best meal we’ve had in the ten years we’ve been vacationing in St Tammany Parish. We ordered spaghetti & meatballs, lasagne, and trout almondine. All of it was phenomenal. The homemade salad dressing was very good.

Everything was amazing, perfect date night! Best meals we have had in a very long time. Waiting staff were great. Mr. Sal comes by the tables and treats everyone like family!!
