Where do I begin?! First off, thank you Andy's (in Arkansas) for my first experience with frozen custard. I love it! As an ice cream connoisseur, I can vouch for the fact that Andy's Frozen Custard is AWESOME! I've tried and loved the strawberry shortcake concrete, the basic vanilla cup, and root beer floats but I keep coming back for the butter pecan concrete. ... SO GOOD. It's made to perfection! There's drive thru and walk-up (no lobby) service at Andy's and it's fast and friendly. Andy's custard is the perfect choice for dessert any day!

Service in the drive thru is pretty quick. You can use an Andy's card to earn points everywhere time you go. Frozen custard is exceptional. Definitely recommend.

A great place for frozen custard! The taste of the menu options is amazing everytime we go. Service is always great and friendly. And even the pricing is really great!My only complaint is the space. It's small and like someone else mentioned, there is really no space to sit and enjoy unfortunately, its drive thru and window service only. I wish they had more spaces for parking and more places to sit and enjoy their delicious options.Overall, I highly recommend this place and I hope at some point they expand or build a new location for better parking and sitting options. Keep up the good work! We will be back again soon!

The names of the items to order are weird. The custard is ok not anything to brag about. There is no place to sit and eat. You have to order at drive thru or walk up and order at service window. The entrance for the drive thru is not clearly marked, so we had to circle the building. Not bad but not blown away.

Delicious! Our first time trying Andy’s Frozen Custard and would definitely recommend! We tried the S’mores Jackhammer and a “Build Your Own” Concrete with Strawberries and Cheesecake. Such a yummy sweet treat!

Great I've cream. We just had the simple vanilla and chocolate. It was great. There are a lot of options that look great. They even created a small cone for our dog. Despite how the building looks, it appears there is no inside area for customers. It is only drive up or walk up. It is a modern building so handicap accessible. Sell out one of these places it will be worth it.
