Great boudin as usual.
Food is good. I was so excited that I was on that side of town to stop and get some boudin but Drive thru girl made the experience unpleasant. No greeting at the voice box and make sure to pull up close to the window because she will not reach out far to hand you your bag.
Don’t do it . I’ve been shitty since I ate that food . Had to been a bad batch

Fun and interesting a bit of a tourist trap.
Boudin is over seasoned as if they are trying to compensate for something else.
this is my absolute favorite place to get boudain and cracklins in Louisiana. my son loves the pepperjack boudain roll up and he’s a real picky eater.
10/10 recommend will be back

This is a popular boudin and crackling store. Plus, they have specialty meats and Billy's candy. The store is very clean and they have plenty of parking. It is connected to a convenience store that sells a variety of good plus gas.
This is a good pit stop when on the go. Check it out and be sure to eat the food.
Food is not great and workers are rude and not friendly. Much prefer dons or karcthners.
Billy’s is very well known and everything is delicious. I would like to make a suggestion! Why can’t Billy’s stay open 24/7 for all travelers that drive on I-10. A lot of people know Billy’s and love their food but not the operating ours.??
