I think this restaurant has a lot of potential but yesterday, they dropped the ball. Our server was nice but the service was so slow. We were there forever. And when we finally got our food, it looked old and/or like it had been sitting there for a long time. Not positive if we would try it again or not.

Our server Cara was so sweet and patient. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted just yet, but she still checked back regularly. She refilled our water and we didn’t even notice! True magician lol. Loved her and the food!!! Table 501 signing out ;)

The food was extremely salty specifically the salmon, asparagus, and burgers. I was here with a party of 20 and everyone shared the same sentiment. I ordered the strawberry shortcake pizookie and it came with zero strawberries!! It just had the cookie, vanilla ice cream and a little drizzle of strawberry sauce. The kitchen said they ran out of strawberries. Pitiful!

Our server was extremely kind and did her best to accommodate our large party with the lack of help from the other staff and the deficiencies in the kitchen. She asked for help from staff to help her sing happy birthday to a member of our party but no one made themselves available.

We came to BJ’s for the food, atmosphere and the celebration of an 18 year old’s birthday party and this business fell short in all of that. We were expecting a group of staff to join us in celebration of a bday party as that’s been our past experience from eating here before.

After we were sat and had our drink order taken, our server passed us by a handful of times without acknowledging us or ever returning to take our food order. Derrick, if you see this, I hope you took those $3 as a tip since you probably didn’t even put my sprite in. Have the shifts you deserve !
