We ordered the Tri Tip wedge late on a weekday and the meat was cold, when we mentioned it to our waiter (Cameron), he was so nice and accommodating. He told his boss (Damien) and they had a new steak on its way. The quality of the staff is excellent. Thank you to them for making our night special. Our issue was taken care of fast and efficiently, great service!

I usually love going to BJ’s. It is one of me and my husband’s favorite places to go on a night out without the kids… or it was. I think we might not visit again for a while after this last visit (Mon. April 1 2024). It took a while to be greeted and sat, and when we were the server took almost 10 minutes to even make an appearance and greet the table. We ordered or drinks (Soda, Espresso Martini, and a water) and appetizer (dip trio). Our appetizer took a hot minute to get to the table, and our drinks came with the appetizer instead of as soon as possible (except my water never made an appearance). We noticed food was taking a while to come out, so we went ahead and got our entrees (chicken Alfredo and a chicken parm pasta) to go. We sat their a while, no refills offered. I had to stop the server when he finally walked by to ask for a water and soda to go. The server finally came back with our food/drinks to go and our check. When we left I found where our server may have been hiding away at, the bar talking up a table. Although we saw our server for only the three short interactions that seemed rush. When we finally got home to eat, we found out our food was either put in wrong or made wrong. I got a chicken parm dish (I think) with mash potatoes and broccoli no pasta in sight. So the service was slow even though there were not busy, the server was not attentive, and our food was wrong. Definitely wasn’t worth the $100 we spent. Wish we went anywhere else today.

This food was trash. Cold, no flavor, it literally tasted like they forgot ever season. The steamer broccoli was the best part of the meal and that says ALOT. Way better non-chain places to eat around here. Don’t waste your time.

I have went here on occasions several times. The food and customer service is pretty decent. The atmosphere is pleasant but the drawback is that the restaurant doesn’t keep inventory as needed. They frequently run out of supplies for food or drinks. Just went to celebrate a birthday and requested several orders for wings for the waitress to come back and report it is only sauce left for one order. I have experienced this several times since initially visiting in February. There’s definitely room for improvement in inventory and supplies but overall a decent restaurant. I know some people in my dinner party came as a first time to BJ’s but will not return due to the shortage of supplies and inventory needed for food.

Just wrapped up a delightful dinner at BJ’s in Lafayette, LA, and it was an absolute treat! Our server, Tahj, truly made our night unforgettable. With her radiant smile and impeccable timing, she anticipated our every need, ensuring our glasses were never empty and our smiles were always wide. Do yourself a favor and request Tahj for your table - you won’t regret it! And while you’re at it, dive into the #PAZOOKIELIFE; it’s a game-changer.

I am a client at thr blind school nearby and another client is graduating. She chose BJs to have her graduation dinner. The hamburger was good, but another client and myself ordered a cookie to go. At the school, we opened it. It was burnt and hard as a rock. If you get a dessert, eat it there.

To go service is awful, arrived at designated time food was cold, customizations not followed, missing sauces, rude staff.

My recent dinner at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse was exceptional, particularly with their prime rib on the menu. The prime rib was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy with a savory seasoning that made each bite a delight. The generous portion size left me feeling satisfied, and the sides complemented the dish perfectly. The atmosphere was lively, and the service was attentive, making it a memorable dining experience. If you're in the mood for delicious prime rib, BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse is a must-visit.

We started with a flight of craft beer and the cadillac cocktail. We got the primerib medium rare with mashed potatoes and a salad. We also ordered the enlightened salad but we substituted the chicken for sashimi. It was all delicious. The service was fantastic and the restaurant was clean.

Waited 1 hour for table with reservations. They blamed it on the one who made reservations stating numbers kept changing ok. I give you that. Ordered, got salad before appetizers I ordered 45 minutes before. Asked server, asked for a manager several times, they sent kitchen manager. He asked what I had, after 1hour wait, he brought appetizers and chicken wings were still bloody. Noone came back out for anything. Whole table got food , I'm still waiting with salad. Never got anything else, because the server bought out food to couple next to me and was asked for silverware. Server cursed out guest and they scream over each other in resteraunt. Needless to say I drove 1.5 hours to ear here. Over a 4 hour event and got undercooked wings. No food and a pizza served uncut. This was very eventful. 1. Manager hid the whole night.2. Servers had a nonchalant attitude.3.Felt like a very unwanted guest.4. Everyone at the table had corporate jobs, and income mid 100's and above, but were treated as an unwanted house guest.5. People drove in as far as Texas.Do better...Felt like it was a racist undertone. Who allows someone to wait on a 20 plus top without help.Once again, manager was nowhere to be found after 1st complaint.

i went to the restaurant with my man on a Sunday night in December, 2023. We ate Salmon and rice. The salmon was not great but the rice was deliciously. The waitress wrote her number at the bottom of my man's cup. Overall the atmosphere was great!

The service was great the food was great, I even got something different than usual. The pizza here is good but I went with wings all was good. BJ doesn’t disappoint and the local brew was good as well. Opportunity to improve, the wing sauce was a little thin just have it thickened and it would be better!
