No idea why you stay open until 2:30 pm when you always runs out of meat before 1 pm. Got there at 12:50 today, and again, “out of meat, just have sides and chicken salad”. You consistently post “Come early!” on your socials because you deliberately cook less than you know you’ll need to serve for your entire hours of operation. So our options are come early with the rest of the horde and wait forever, or come later and get no food. Then you post how you’ve “Sold Out!” like this represents some unanticipated, overwhelming demand. Just do us a favor and close at 1p. Some of us come from out of town and it’s really frustrating to only get there before you run out maybe 1 in 4 times. Not worth the effort anymore.

Called to place a pickup order because my friend was literally outside in the parking lot and the line was out the door. We just wanted to place an order for brisket sandwiches before it sold out. The woman who answered the phone was so rude. It's not what she said but how she said it. Although I enjoy the brisket, I'll never patronize the business again.

Outstanding. And 20 percent off to military veterans? A+. The ribs and brisket were very good, but what caught me off guard was the portions! You can easily split a 2 meat plate! The sides as well were huge, the beans were a hit, the potato salad was just different, wasn’t the best for me, but everything else was quick and delicious. They have a good thing going here.

Well I had the ribs and brisket was absolutely amazing. Great barbecue but the sides, corn casserole, macaroni and cheese horrible. They were both so cold like they just came out the fridge ,Manager needs to do a better job at making sure the food is served hot and not ice cold.

Probably the best BBQ in Louisiana and I've tried most of all of them these guys now how to smoke their meats.. brisket was on point !!!
My favorite part about finding new places to eat is to see what people enjoy! I went here an hour after it open and it was really busy. I got a meat plate with 2 sides. I loved the portion sizes! I took leftovers home. I was impressed with the food. The pulled pork wasn't dry despite the appearance in the photo. BBQ places focus a lot on the meats, but Blanchard's sides were just as good. Good bbq don't need sauce. It's a flavor enhancement. I can tell when someone is trying to hide the lack of seasoning. There's no issues here!
I only tried 2 of the sauces and prefer the Creole BBQ Mustard Sauce over the root beer flavored sauce. Customer service was excellent. I enjoyed my experience.
