The service was great. Got the pizza how I wanted it, and it made just right. The workers were very polite. Build your own pizza with all the toppings for a low price, which is not bad. Definitely be going back and might try a bigger build.

The pizza was tasty, but I am very disappointed by lack of toppings. They forgot the roasted garlic all together, and other toppings were few and far between.

I recently moved from Texas and was interested in trying this place since it's similar to MODS. SUPER DISAPPOINTED flavor is not there taste super artificial, a frozen pizza taste better . WILL NOT BE COMING AGAIN

Extremely disappointed with the Lafayette, Louisiana location. One time it was extremely busy, and we were asked by management to wait outside. It was raining so yep no we just left. We recently decided to give them another chance. I had 203 flames (reward points.) That is enough points for a free pizza including a free pizza crust upgrade as well. I used my reward at checkout but it however did not take off the $3 for the crust upgrade. I pointed this out to the cashier, and she showed the manager. He said "I can't change the price. That is a marketing issue. Reach out to them." I showed him the reward information and he still did not really care. He was like "I can give you a free brownie, but I am not taking off the $3." I am gluten intolerant so great suggestion there bud. I did not want to argue or pull a "Karen" so I gave the brownie to my husband. The whole situation was dumb because how can a manager offer a free brownie but not remove the price of the gf crust upgrade that was supposed to be removed with the reward. This is Blaze's second strike and if they get one more strike, we are going to stop coming back. Also no one is wearing a hair net or beard net so talk about sanitary.

Normally I would bypass leaving reviews for establishments. I believe everyone deserves a chance when products are not to our liking. But customer service-itself, should not be overlooked.Having an unusual dine in experience last night. Left my wife not finishing her meal. Ordered the White Top, like she usually does. About 3 pieces in. She was having a strange sense of smell and taste of Cleaner. Our family assured her she was ok, maybe she should keep the rest as leftovers. The next day (today), continuing with leftovers. She informed me of a sensation/reaction she was having. While eating the White Top pizza.Giving a phone call to Blaze establishment. Unfortunately, wasn't as informative or accommodating as we liked. Explaining the satiation to the Manager. She was quick to navigate the concern into a dry conversation. If I'm unable to have the Manager hear me out. Then, hopefully it'll reach out to someone on here.I just wanted the establishment to be aware of the their cleaning process.

Sunday was my first visit and it was the best pizza ever! Why? I got to choose the ingredients I love most on MY pizza. The staff was amazing...super friendly and knowledgeable. The décor was fun and it was clean and inviting. Delicious and reasonably priced. (Why didn't I take pictures?!)
