The music was good and they had music videos on TVs by the bar. There are two bars that I saw which is nice. The size was good. Went to a drag show and there was plenty of room for the performances and onlookers. The bar tender was SO nice and the drinks were very good. Atmosphere was great. Overall a WONDERFUL experience. I went during September 2023. Had a blast and I'm from Houston Texas. So I have a lot of reference with gay bars. Loved it and will be back 100%!!

I went to my first ever drag brunch here and I must say it didn't disappoint. The show was phenomenal. I made sure to tip everyone of the performers. They were gorgeous and moved gracefully across the floor. Our waiter/bartender was so sweet and made sure we were hydrated well with libations. The bottomless mimosas were delicious. We ordered food before the show but it took some time to come out. I also was not impressed with the quality of food but it was edible. I will definitely be back for the shows though.

It's okay. It's a bit expensive, but really nice for Lafayette. The atmosphere is dark, and it's hard to see people. But it has a fun atmosphere. Bolt is a place to stop for a few drinks on a night out that includes several places.

Stopped into Bolt on a whim tonight. My first time in Lafayette. I appreciated the warm welcome from the friendly staff and the Live Halloween Trivia. Thursday night. Just cozy no crowds. They do not accept credit cards for the cover charge, so turns out I drove an hour and then spent another hour circling to find a parking spot all for nothing, because we were all betting that cards would be widely acceptable in the year 2022. Instead, they'd like you to use their ATM with a $3.50 charge so that they can make even more money off of you.
