Our waitress was AMAZING! The grouper with crab cake was delicious. I cleaned my plate. I haven't been to Bonefish Grill in 10 years, and I was a bit disappointed to see that the bathroom didn't have soap in both dispensers, and the quality of the restaurant just looked old. At this price point, it's the attention to the details that make a difference.

All was good until the lobster came out rancid and/or freezer burnt. I smelled it as soon as the plate was set down. It was deducted from the bill.

We have been going to the Bonefish Grill for almost a year, the first visits we had a very good waitress who knew the menu and her suggestions were awesome, from what I remember she used to be in the army. The last two times, we had a different waiter, his name is Hayden L. He placed our plates with food on top of the menu, didn't even bother to remove the menus from the table after taking our order. This happened both times. No bread was served neither time and even though the restaurant was no busy, he took an eternity to bring our meals. My husband asked for an unsweet tea, he got it sweetened. I ordered the Pomegranate martini, he did not ask me if I wanted water or not. I ordered a Rainbow trout and it was undercooked, whereas I know this was not his fault, if I had requested it to be cooked more, probably it would have taken an eternity. I understand that starting to work somewhere requires training, but clearly someone is failing somewhere. This happened both times and our bill was around $140 each time. Not to mention that one of the times, they had a deafening kitchen fire alarm going off for nearly 30 minutes and the fire brigade had to be present, the restaurant was not considerate regarding their guests, did not offer any compensation at all for the aggravating experience. Definitely reconsidering whether we want to continue going to this restaurant, there are definitely others to explore in Lafayette.

Service was excellent as our server seemed to have been there for a while and was very knowledgeable Cocktails were good. Food was awful, calamari came out in a bucket of grease and tasted the same. It was a friday night and there were less than 10 tables at prime dinner time Don't think we will be back.

Food was good and presentation was nice. It was crowded as it is Christmas time, so service was a little slower than normal but out server was incredibly attentive.

The restaurant was very good. Food and service were on point. It was a little pricey for such as lax dress code. It's a casual attire atmosphere, but people wearing wife-beaters were allowed in. Essentially guys wearing their underwear.

Bre the waitress was outstanding! I did the experience and the drinks were good. The food and drinks didn't come out together and the food was cold. I don't think I'll do the experiences again. It's hectic and the family style seating wasn't really my thing. Bre did a fantastic job though and we'll certainly try bonefish again.

Waste of our time going here. We got there at around 6pm in Monday. Was told it will be about 20 minute wait. The host, wrote our name and number on a MENU. Not a paper like most restaurants have. He said we were next in line. So we sit outside in 40 degree weather waiting. 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 40 minutes. F8nally we said screw this place, and went to Carabas. They took us straight in. Now its 7am the next day. Guess what, still no text saying we have a table. The absolute WORST customer service ever, especially for a restaurant in that part of town. Like they didnt want business, or at least our business. If you're trying to decide to go eat here, save yourself the time and choose another restaurant from the start.
