Disappointed- that’s the best adjective to describe the food I received tonight. My husband and I like bonefish. We frequent for date nights. This has also been a hot spot for me to bring my clients and agents. I work for a local mortgage broker and own my own credit repair agency. When I have a sit down meal at this restaurant, it’s usually on point. The drinks are great, the food is good and the staff give top notch service. HOWEVER, the quality of food a restaurant provides should equally match both dine in and take out. This was unacceptable. I ordered the Mahi poke bowl- yet I received this mess of a to-go plate that had lettuce, spinach, and white rice. None of which are ingredients listed within the description of this meal. The white rice (supposed to be jasmine) was so undercooked, it crunched and got stuck in my teeth. Whatever sauce I had was excessively watery. So much so that when I tilted the plate, the liquid ran to the edge. The sauce was weak and flavorless. Unfortunately I was unable to finish this meal. Our favorite dish at Bonefish, the bang bang shrimp were pitiful. The photo speaks for itself.To make matters worse, we received the “Order is Ready” text at 5:33pm. We arrived within five minutes and by the time we made it home, our food was cold. The bang bang shrimp were cold & my husband’s burger patty was cold.I’m only giving this place 2 stars because they’ve been amazing for a dine in meal. I’m a firm believer that your quality should extend past those front doors and they let us down. We will not be returning.

I hadn’t been here in eight years since I used to travel to Lafayette for work. Came here tonight for an early dinner, and was so glad I did. It was as great as I remembered it. The bang bang shrimp are as awesome as they ever were. I’ll be back!

Food was absolutely amazing as usual! The service was terrible! I think her name was Kallie or Karrie, she didnt tell us but i looked at the receipt. Our drinks were empty most of the time and when i asked for refills, she brought one. 3 still empty... The girl that ran our appetizers was rude as well. we asked for bread and she snapped back 'its coming'. the little curly blonde boy running the bread and a few other things to our table and getting us the refills we asked for was the sweetest! way better than our server.

I miss having Bonefish Grill in Baton Rouge, but truly enjoyed eating at the Lafayette location! The Bang Bang Shrimp did not disappoint!! Everything was delicious and service was superb!
