Buffalo Wild Wings

I am disappointed. I'm not mad, it's just I expected much better than this. First, the restaurant chain no longer has outdoor seating, and then my hubby and I come back months later, and we wait forever to be served anything each time. It's like we're being ignored. Then, to top it all off, they got his order wrong first, then we ordered a basket of onion rings and it wasn't even basket size, then I ordered chicken strips and it had an odd watery salty flavor. The food is kinda lousy. This is very disappointing. I expected more from this place especially in Lafayette. They are faster serving to everyone else except us. This is so unprofessional. I don't even know if I like any BWW anymore.

We were in the restaurant on Friday. It took us almost 10 minutes to get drinks and it took us about 15 minutes to order food. We ordered and it took for ever to get our food and when we got our food it was cold. My wings was dry like they were over fried and my son chicken wrap was dryed too. My daughter hamburgers didn't have cheese and we ask our waitress to see if she can get us some but she didn'j.t. We had to ask someone else to get us some drinks. We saw our waitress only 3 times in the 90 minutes we were there. Then what makes it bad she over charge us for our food. We ask our the lunch special but charge us for the regular price.

Food is good but the wings can use a Lil more sauce on them, seems like there is barley anything on them I just taste chicken

We waited 30 minutes for the tables to be cleaned, the waiters would see that he didn't care about people waiting.

Terrible location. We went in and were seated and were never waited on. We waited 30 minutes and no one ever even came to the table to take our drink order. Several waiters passed by us and never even acknowledged that we didn't even have drinks. We left and went somewhere else.

I’m really getting sick of paying these high prices for unfinished served meals. Suppose to be salt and vinegar on the left and wild sauce on the right. This happens every time I come here regardless of the flavor wings.

Our whole table's food came out cold and my nachos were soggy. The waitress was nice, but the food took forever to come out. Management mishandled our large party of 20. They put us at a large, but too small table and wouldn't allow the waitress to add another leaf or chairs too. There were chairs lined up along the wall that we were not allowed to use. We called ahead for our party 30 min in advance and had people arrive early to make sure we could get a table. We had to break up the party into a separate table because everyone could not fit.

The waitress we had was nice, and not the problem here. A manager should have come out and sorted this, but they let this girl flounder. The experience was disappointing.

Went for lunch today and was very impressed with the remodeling. Finally Lafayette has a true sports bar with comfortable seating. We'll be back to catch some games.

I ordered 10 wings and they brought me five wings with half bone and half meat. They were too dry and overcooked, but with the hunger I had, they tasted good.
