I have been coming here almost everyday before I head to my second job and they have been the absolute best!! My food is always HOT they are so vibrant! Never rushing for you to order never had anyone give me an attitude for doing anything I just love this place !! Keep it up y’all 💓💓💓

I went to this store around 8:30 PM to pick up an order. I tried to buy something else, and a young African American man with braids just tried to sell me something, ignoring my questions. Honestly, the service was terrible. I don't recommend it. I think Burger King should take action, as it's not the first time these employees have behaved this way. They have no manners whatsoever. Not all of them are like this, but some of them definitely are.

Walked in at 745 pm and was told by a manager i had wait so he could count down the drawer...that was fine. I waited for 15 mins for that then order was taken and paid for at 803 pm. Gave us our drinks and we sat and waited. Several cars were pulled around and food walked out and still nothing. After 25 mins after order was placed I walked up and the other employees (2 other gentleman) posted up leaning on the food prep area. I asked for my money back and they looked at me like they just seen me. They didnt even pay attention that our order was taken and didnt ask anything if I still wanted my food nothing. Mind u there was 5 of us and paid 46.00 and had coupons. He couldn't figure out how to give me a refund back to my card and gave me cash. The manager that took my order just was worried bout his food and leaving...but will not be back to that location!!

It took 20 mins of waiting in the parking lot for finally my friend who wanted Burger King to begin to get down & remind them of his order. We went through the drive through, they served the person ahead quickly, then after parking off to the side to wait as they served 5 other vehicles in between that time while we waited. He didn't order a meal or a lot of crap. The order was for a burger & shake 2 items...now when it was time to pay he did cause a wait while trying to find exact change I'm covering the details that doesn't excuse the very disrespectful fashion of which they forced his 2 items to not be made while other customers ordered and left. So if you wonder why Burger Kings are disappearing like crazy....employees don't realize their impact on institutions these days. Especially customer service reps & they hate when you know their job better than they do based off common freaking sense....that's a story for another day.
