BK does it again! I've been hitting this franchise due to their FREE WHOPPER Survey on the back of the receipt, and let me tell you, THEY HAVE NOT DISAPPOINTED ME YET! This location was fast, friendly and I was made to feel that, "I RULE!" by the employee behind the counter. The burger was perfect and honestly the fries were the best I have ever eaten at a BK location! Well done BK!

I order 2 Fiery Royal Crispy but instead they messed up my order and gave me 2 Fiery bacon Crispy. I don't know if she wasn't listening to what I was saying but I said it loud and clearly what I wanted to order. Waste of $20 on food and it's not even partially correct.

Got an online order, and the wait was long as the kitchen may have had issues or been understaffed that evening, but first day on the job Antonio (I believe, had pretty beads in his braids) brought great service to make up for it! He gave us a free frozen coke for the trouble, was very nice and apologetic for it (even though I told him it was fine & not his fault! I've been in food service, it can suck sometimes, I know). Just wanted to make sure he got some recognition for handling the situation so well! We frequent this Burger King often and everything is usually great and the staff very helpful!
