Terrible food, terrible service. They pull you up for everything and you have to wait for food just for it to not be fresh when you get it. Something is ALWAYS wrong with the drink machine either no ice, no drinks, or the sodas are flat. Save yourself the trouble. They would do better closing this raggedy ass location.

The absolute worst service I’ve ever received at a fast food establishment in my entire life. Sat outside for 10 minutes, waiting for my order to be walked to me as promised until finally going inside to be given the wrong order again with a terrible attitude from the staff.

I’ve been to all 4 locations in rotation in Lafayette La for the past 3 weeks. Everytime I stop to one of the locations none of them have the cheesy tots available . They always say they are out. I been stopping atleast 4 times a week at these locations just to check if they have them . How does no Lafayette Louisiana locations ever have them in stock ! The Johnston location had them once that’s when I fell in love with them. Never had them after that . And don’t get me started on the northside locations . Back to not eating Burger King anymore again. 🤷🏽♀️

On just about every visit I get told the shake machine is down went by tonight and was told the same thing when I asked if it's broken or If it gets shut down at a specific time sarcastically the employee said you do the math. I will not be back
