If I could give zero stars, I would. The waitress who took my order was not helpful at all. She didn't listen to what I wanted and forgot the cheddar on my fries. My drink was filled to the brim with ice cubes, at this level, it’s ice tea cubes.

At this moment, 7:18 PM on September 24th, 2024 the entire crew working right now at Burger King on Ambassador Caffery near the new Aldi's have ZERO Customer Service skills & they treated me like I was invisible. They refused to acknowledge me or take my order. They kept looking away from me and not one person (3) employees walked past me greeted me or took my order. The dining room was empty. 1 person at the drive thru. I was inside the dining room. After five minutes standing at the register no one acknowledged me. An employee walked up to the register, refused to look at me, pressed a couple buttons, then walked away - never even looking at me. I walked out. This is pathetic.
