She had an attitude because she short changed me twice and had the receipt and still giving me wrong change ..had an attitude because I pulled up and would continue to wait all night for her to come back to window where she should have been in the first place and then wants people to wait behind the window until they call you up so they won’t get caught slacking by the timer. She really needs to learn worth ethics and manners. The food is good but the service sucks . Needs an attitude adjustment…

Yo! I'm not coming back. This place's service was disgusting. I was waiting at drive through for 10 mins, guy told me to wait and never replied. I went in to order instead, and there were like 3 guys walking around, no one saying anything or even looking at me and the lady in front. Avoid at al cost y'all. Disgusting service!

Burger bun was dry, tomato’s were rotten and fries were cold and had been cooked in old grease. I asked for a refund and the manager argued that the food was perfectly fine.

My wife and I arrived at the drive thru and they made us waited for almost 10mins until taking the order. So we order 2 orders of chicken fries, 1 chicken nugget & 1 large Sprite. After we paid the lady told us to drive up and wait for the chicken fries. So we did and waited really patiently. Then another BK’s staff come out (not the lady at the window) walked out with our food and handed to us, but she missing the Sprite so we asked for it. Then she just look at us didnt even say a word and walk away with somebody else order, then come back and told us “ Drive around the window i’ll give you your drink” so the point is we paid for our food we didnt ask her to just give it to us for free. So we do not deserve any type of attitude. Bk’s employees need a serious retrain and more solution to make the employee do better with their job when the supervisor not there.

Manager Monica was more than helpful even though I'm a scatter brain today. She went above and beyond her position. Making this my new home restaurant.
Was the only one in drive through. Asked to pull up after I paid. Waited about 5 mins. My ice cold food was brought to me. So disappointing.

Had the large spicy wrap for right at 10 dollars, worst wrap I ever had. Meat was about the size of a chicken nugget, and the fries looked like they had black pepper on them. They need to learn how to change out the oil for frying. They could at least give you a wrap with meat about the size of what they use on the sandwich.

Horrible service hash browns hard like a rock look like then fried 5 times . Croissant and biscuits hard Wrapper was hot like came out microwave. Don’t waste your time nothing will be done .
Ordered a whopper. Asked for cheese. Got the driest sandwich in the world. All worth the $15??.

Horrible, drive thru one that took order has us sitting at window 1 with noone working and says "wait there and I'll yell you when to come to pick up window" obviously so the ones watching drive thru times won't know about the horrible service
