One of the worst fast food experiences .Cashier st window needs retraining. When I call corporate it's via chat or email..No one able to verbally explain how this person failed at every satisfaction that should have been extended to the customer. She didn't even try ,not even at the ordering marquee. Never going back.

Your King at Burger King...at least for however long it takes you to eat. No complaints on the food prepared. No complaints on customer service. No complaints on location. Restraunt was clean & bathroom.

It's BK, being BK. Great burgers, and that's all. Pray they'll get your order right. They won't, most times... But pray anyway. Or at least that's my experience in any burger king I've been to. The moment I ask for added cheese, or no pickles for my kid, it all goes to s..t... Inevitably bad service. But hey... Burgers taste awesome so I keep going there.
Johnathan was so amazing, very kind and polite, we tried to leave without our complete order and he came run out to stop us to make sure we got our extra wrap. Best Burger King in the US by far. And I’ve traveled from Florida to Washington state.

If I could give this a 0 star then I would. Closing manager was rude as could be. Refused to give his name. We requested a refund because he was so rude. He refused to refund us. We had to call the cops to get our refund. Will never be back here again.

Was put on hold at order window menu for at least 10 mins. When I got to the pickup window to pay and get food. The lady was chatting on the phone with someone the entire time, still trying to take orders. Then I was asked to pull up behind another vehicle and wait for the food. Both Dr. Pepper drinks tasted horrible like the machine was out. Exchanged them for cokes. Order ended up being wrong. One sandwich had extra items I did not order one them like 2 meat patties and bacon. Definitely was not a fast food experience.

Did a door dash order got a regular coke instead of Diet Coke then they also didn’t have the Oreo shake I ordered so instead they gave a large coke which again I only drink Diet Coke. Onion rings were not cooked and food just tasted like it had been sitting out for a while will not get food here again I have given it 5 different chances and every time am dissatisfied I won’t be here again.
First time I went I got the whopper and onion rings. Very good food and service. 2nd visit,terrible food and drive through window employee informed me the card machine was down as I drove up instead of informing me as I ordered then got mad when I gave my card like I have esp and was suppose to know. Reason I gave 3 stars as maybe employee was having a bad day as well as the cook.

They're not 24hrs on the weekends. I mean they are, but the workers pretend like they're not. And if you're not happy to take my money I know the food will be garbage anyway. Just go to whataburger.

On two different occasions, I ordered online the big fish sandwiches. They were hot and good and was out and on my way home in minutes.
