My server Kalab was amazing. He recommended the Ghost in the Smith burger, and it was sooo good. The perfect balance of heat and meat. Don't let the Ghost peppers scare you away from this burger. The heat is well balanced. Their fries are hot, fresh, and krispy. I really like their signature fries.

My first time, friends brought me to lunch. We shared the fried green beans, sweet potato tots, and fries with cheese, bacon, and jalapeños. Yummy, the green beans almost take like earing an onion ring, I couldn't stop. They were so good. I ordered a burger with BBQ, grilled onion, lettuce, and pickles on wheat bun. Tasty, juicy, and thick. I love the different "Eat Fit" options they have available. Everything was delicious, including the sweet tea. Definitely on my list of places to eat when I visit Lafayette, LA. The prices were pretty good too. Service was professional and the food did not take long at all to come out.
Vegetarian options: Salad options available
Dietary restrictions: Eat Fit menu gave options for turkey burger instead of red meat. Salad options available. Able to customize burgers to your preference.
Parking: May seem a little tight in a large vehicle, but even during the lunch crowd, we were able to park two large vehicles comfortably.
Kid-friendliness: Nice family spot. Saw several families at other tables. It's comfortable for a family.
We love it here but last time we went, the fries and okra were ridiculously salty, and we asked for well done burgers (we dont trust ground meat) and the burgers came out medium. Which tasted great but we were uneasy about it ? Don't get me wrong, it's good. But you can go to Fat Pats and spend the same amount of money and get better food

Service was not good. Waitress had an attitude the entire time. And the burgers came out under cooked and had to be sent back and we catch an attitude again when we complained about them being sent back. It was our first and only time coming here.

My 1st and last time at Burgersmith. Coke carbonation was off. Replacement Dr. Pepper was the same. Half of our $6 onion rings were greasy crumbs. Waitress didn't bring fries that I heard my date clearly order. We asked for an extra plate for our shared burger and it arrived appearing dirty. The meat patty was good, but everything else was sloppy and not good. A waste of $19.47. I'm very disappointed.

we paid about $65 for two burgers with fries. The burgers were so SALTY they were inedible. Thank God the fries were good, so we didn't starve. very disappointing.
