“I recently visited the Izzo’s Illegal Burrito on Johnson Street and was assisted by Kashawn, who delivered exceptional service. As a former manager at Izzo’s, I understand the importance of professionalism, portion control, and customer care—and Kashawn excelled in all areas. He was polite, professional, and efficient, demonstrating the kind of leadership potential any business would value.

Although there was about a five-minute wait to reach the counter, I know this is common in a fast-casual setting, and Kashawn made up for it with prompt service once I ordered. His attention to portion control was spot-on, and he handled everything with skill and confidence. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and impressed by his performance.“

“I like how I can easily customize my order online to pick up through toast and earn points to save on future orders. I like 3 loaded brisket birria and ground beef tacos with guacamole, cilantro ranch, black olives, cilantro, pico de gallo, corn, extra cheese and queso. Taco Tuesday $6.50 special is a hot as well. I enjoy my izzo's fix once a week. ?“
