“I recently visited the Izzo’s Illegal Burrito on Johnson Street and was assisted by Kashawn, who delivered exceptional service. As a former manager at Izzo’s, I understand the importance of professionalism, portion control, and customer care—and Kashawn excelled in all areas. He was polite, professional, and efficient, demonstrating the kind of leadership potential any business would value.

Although there was about a five-minute wait to reach the counter, I know this is common in a fast-casual setting, and Kashawn made up for it with prompt service once I ordered. His attention to portion control was spot-on, and he handled everything with skill and confidence. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and impressed by his performance.“

Went to Chipolte because we wanted burrito bowls. Place was filthy. Line was long and halfway through they announced they ran out of rice. Seriously?! So we left and found this little gem! Izzos was so clean and the staff was so friendly and the food was amazing! Never going back to Chipolte!“
