Literally walked in then walked completely out! WHILE WE WERE LOOKING FOR DRINKS MONICA ASKED US WHAT WE WANTED TO ORDER. IGNORING THE FACT THAT WE WEREN'T AT THE COUNTER READY TO ORDER.AT 10 AM IN THE MORNING EVERYTHING WE ASKED FOR WAS UNAVAILABLE AND SHE COULDN'T DO. A SIMPLE ICING ON A DONUT WAS A "NO". EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. WE WILL NOT RETURN!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. TRIED CALLING THE SHOP TO MAKE HER AWARE OF THE UNAPPRECIATED RUDENESS, BUT MY PHONES BATTERY SHUT OFF. I WOULD APPRECIATE IF MONICA WAS MADE AWARE OF THE IN CONSIDERATION SHOWN TO US. DO BETTER!
