Food was okay. Line was extremely long. Wait was even longer. Manager and cashier were extremely rude and unprofessional. When I called and asked for a manager to tell him how his employee was being towards customers he acted like he did not care and like it was a joke. Very disappointing will not be returning.

The place was packed with customers awaiting to order I saw my fav snack Frito pie, but fav Tiger Blood Sno Ball, but wasn't able to order I was press for time. Hopefully they will still be open September 7th when I return home and maybe the long won't be so long and I bring my granddaughters there to get a treat

Wonderful place where childhood dreams of snowballs come true!
Haven't been there for about 15-20 years so my friend and I went after work and tried it out and I was blown away by how good it was. ? lol

I asked for a menu while in drive thru because the guy came to take my order, and he said he didn’t have one on him so wait until we were at the window. I ordered a small with sour patch straws…they gave 2 sour patch straws and I had to open it and put it in myself like???? If I wanted it that way I would’ve asked.
