My son and I like the snocones. We have tried multiple flavors and have loved them all. The nachos are the best. I absolutely dream about them. LolI recommend trying pineapple with condensed milk. Tastes like pineapple upside down cake!

The snowballs here used to be better, but lately they've been very watered down. The prices are pretty good but they do kinda skimp on how much they fill the cups. The sugar-free options taste awful. Staff isn't the friendliest. Overall just decent.

Waited 25 minutes on snowballs , they left the food on the counter for 15 minutes. I called to let them know and they were rude about it. Also the little girl at the window was very unprofessional and lost. She didn’t know what she was doing it seemed like. Don’t recommend at all.

Delicious sno cones! Car line is always faster even if it looks long. Don't let the other window deceive you. I love stuff snowcones. Slight increase in prices per the paper on window but they accept cards finally

First and last time going to this place!! The menu says snowballs but when they gave me my snowball there wasn't a ball on top. You will only get a cup that has flavors ice no ball on top. I was told that the reason they don't do the ball on top is because the ice is too soft!!! NEGATIVE their ice is not soft at all. To me this place is a rip off go elsewhere

I used to love this place and today not so much. I ordered a stuffed snowball. I signed and gave a tip per usual and when I received my snowball I went to take a bite and there was only juice on top and just white ice before the ice cream. So I pulled forward by the tree and went up to the walk in window and asked for more juice nicely. The girl came back like 2 minutes later and handed me my snoball and told me next time this happens to park in a spot.. excuse me.. next time this happens?! Anyways she could have been less bothered and I will not return.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They were very rude to us and said we cut the line and said we would have to go back around and the line was really long. How did we cut the line when there was no one behind us when we got into the line like that makes 0 sense

It's a classic and you must try. They are alway delicious and the staff is really nice. There is always a line of cars but it goes pretty quick.
