I think it's a great place to stop by to get a quick oyster poboy sandwich. The owner was amazing to talk to and very accommodating. Everybody should make an effort to come here.

I found this restaurant in a Newsbreak article "10 Black-Owned Restaurants in Louisiana" on 7/18/2024 (Thurs). I was visiting the Lafayette area to celebrate my relative's birthday on 7/19/2024 (Fri). I asked her about restaurants in the area. She called a few names, and then I remembered the article I had read the day before about the restaurants. I went back to the article, and Callihan's was the restaurant that caught my attention. Who would have guessed...
