Friendly staff! Was greeted instantly. I ordered crawfish fried rice because you honestly can't go wrong wIth anything crawfish related!!! Asked for it spicy and yum yum! Hubby and I will definitely be back. Kudos!

A gem. Authentic options but with a Cajun twist. A good menu that allowed one of my guests something familiar. But after trying the other meals she wants to return to try the Vietnamese meals. Bright, clean. While it's a simple dining area, it's not what I might call "a hole in the wall". It's a very good place on the side of a strip mall.

It's a small little restaurant by the target on ambassador. IT IS SO GOOD! They give you FULL plates of food that you can literally share with someone and you will both be full and satisfied. Everyone there is friendly. It is very clean in the restaurant. JUST GREAT.

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the food is reallllly delicious, the service is fast and friendly, and the concept is truly unique and well done for fast casual dining. If you're in the mood for vietnamese and cajun- this is your place to go! We loved the grilled shrimp and the lo mein on our combo plate!

A lovely, family-owned business, Casian was such a treat. Great, welcoming service and good food await you at this neat spot. And as there business grows and they're hopefully able to expand to a bigger spot, we can look forward to some delicious Vietnamese-style crawfish! If that's not an incentive to eat here, I don't know what it.

Portion wise it's awesome , however EVerything was a little on the too salty side. Cut that down it will be very good

Decent. Servers friendly. Quick and pretty good. Fried oysters good. Crawfish fried rice good. Tried the vermicelli bowl. Okay. Beef cut in little pieces. Added shrimp...really small. Short ribs okay...but weren’t hot in temp..if they were just grilled . Not aweful....just prefer Siagon Noodles. No alcohol or any other specialty (nonalcoholic) teas or drinks. I work with ATC...so if you all need to get licenses...let me know. It would definitely help bring in more business.
Although I had to wait a moment for my BahnMi., it was huge for $5 and very flavorful spring rolls what's a big portion also. I'll come back.
