My Selfish side says dont leave an excellent review because they will keep getting more and more buisness and then my deer and hogs will have to wait in a longer line.
I have had several deer processed here as well as some hogs.
Have recommended them to friends and everyone has always said the processing, service and custom orders of hamburger patties, Deer Poppers, Deer Burritos and sausages are just great. I even had one whole hog processed into Smoked Pepperjack Cheese Sausage. Just cant get enough of it and everyone who tries it loves it. Great place for Game processing and also to buy Pulled Pork. Love this place.

Why don’t you guys eat deer like your carnivorous brethren, whole and running free? Why all this processing needed? Seems like such a cop out. Some apex predators you are. Pathetic.

Best deer smoke sausage ever. I highly recommend.

Got half my deer back and my $500 ice chest was severely damaged. Also my order was messed up I got stuff I did not order. Definitely not the place to go. Last year we had three animals processed there and had no issues. Now that it’s under new management I’ll never go back I’m out $583 between ice chest and meat.

Finest place to get meats processed in Acadiana.

Had the opportunity to taste their smoked sausage with cheese and jalapeños. This is the best smoked sausage I’ve ever had PERIOD !!! Smoked enough to get your attention but not heavy to cover up the taste of the meat itself.

Are they STILL in business? NO one answers the phone

Got my hands on some AMAZING Cutter Burgers (frozen) to bring back to NOLA to cook for my boyfriend and his roommate. Every Cane Cutters home game I eat at least one so I was dying to let them try. Needless to say I should’ve bought double what I did because they were gone within a half hour. Boudin stuffed, bacon wrapped smoked chicken patty is by far my favorite “burger” EVER. Bringing a little taste of home to my new city and sharing it with special people make for a great night thanks to Chadley’s!

The red Boudin and Turkey Tasso are fantastic. Very nice folks. Stop in and check out the refrigerator for specialty meats.
