Had the opportunity to taste their smoked sausage with cheese and jalapeños. This is the best smoked sausage I’ve ever had PERIOD !!!
Smoked enough to get your attention but not heavy to cover up the taste of the meat itself.

I have had several deer processed here as well as some hogs.
Have recommended them to friends and everyone has always said the processing, service and custom orders of hamburger patties, Deer Poppers, Deer Burritos and sausages are just great. I even had one whole hog processed into Smoked Pepperjack...
