Very unfriendly, lack of respect, had to wait 4 minutes just to give my order, that was after she said 'she would be with me in a minute '. Finally got to place my order, then I was made to 'pull up' in the front of the building to wait another 5-10 minutes. Get my food, everything was barely warm. The ONLY positive experience from this late nite run was the friendly, smiling employee, that brought my food out to me.

The food is good but the lady running the speaker at 4pm today was extremely rude, had an attitude when we were ordering called my friend who is very obviously a man ma'am and when we pulled up she laughed when she saw him and proceeded fo laugh with her coworkers, didn't apologize at all, didnt greet us or anything and ignored us til she handed us the food. Awful service and was not the first time while on the way to UL picking up food that she has been rude to us

It was god-awful! We went there one time and they absolutely couldn't hear us at the speaker when we drove up they were surprised to see us and very confused. Gave them the order they still got it wrong. The second time we went the food the cheese on my burger was that melted cheese and was so salty I couldn't eat the burger. By the way two people eating two combos was over $20. My money should go further for $20 especially whenever the food's bad and they get the orders wrong!

The lady over the drive thru speaker misheard me about 3 times but besides that it was pretty good. I haven't eaten at a Checkers in over 5 years and their French fries are still super greasy but absolutely delicious.

After going through the driving thru, we had to pull into the parking lot and wait. After 15 minutes we still did not have food. I had to go ask at the window. They told me one of the workers gave our food to the wrong car so they had to remake it. I asked for my money back, but they said its coming out now. The chicken tenders and fries were decent, but the burger was not good. It tasted like a soy patty.

Ordered ahead expecting my food to be ready when I get there…NOT! Waited over 20 minutes still just for my order to still be wrong and take another 10 minutes to fix a burger. Lazy and slow workers. I submitted a complaint through corporate and still have not been offered a way to make this right. Do NOT go here.

Had to wait 10 minutes just to order because hey were doing a “shift change “, And the n told i had you wait Im the parking lot not the drive thru line crazy. Unprofessional. And then said well we have to we have 1 computer schedule a few people in between a big shift change just so they can keep the store going during that time. Crazy. Now Im waiting here because This Im what my group wanted.
