I placed an online order and when I came up to the window no employees were inside the building. I waited ten or so more minutes and I never saw any employees anywhere. Had to leave without getting my order which was already paid for.

Ordered online, and I believe there was just 1 guy working. Waited at the window for a few mins before being politely greeted, and he asked the order name. We waited maybe another 10 to get the food and he was once again, very polite. Let me just say, this guy is holding down the fort like a champ! It was a white guy with a pony tail, we came through at 6:20pm on 8/14. I didn’t get his name but he is a great example of what great service is. The food was on point, and made it well worth the slight wait to get it. Considering it was probably just him working the whole store, I think I got it pretty fast. Bravo, sir!
Checkers had very greasy food. I had the checker champ w cheese, and it was very greasy. The burger did come out fresh off of the grill, and the burger was made neatly.

Place is trash can't make two orders in the drive thru but you can't use the window to make an order either so you have to do circles around the building worst customer service ever they need to close this branch or hire someone who wants to work
