Stopped here last night for a chicken sandwich and burger after the UL game. Received cold food and burnt fries. Threw away most of it. Its not the money its experience. I haven't been to a checkers in a while and I'll tell you I won't be back for a long time either.

A female employee regularly answered and asked for our order to then be cut off by a male employee literally told us through drive thru that they “had too much stuff going on” twice and that we need to come back in 20 minutes followed by a female employee taking our order after what seemed to be a joke to her just for the actual burger to be ice cold and the fries piping hot and receiving it in actually 3 minutes not 20. Jokes not funny, this isn’t stand up comedy…

Made an online order tonight 1/11/2025 @ 18:14. Everything went like usual until I got home and realized I was missing something. No problem called up the ambassador location @ 1835 and let em know. Hey I’m missing this I can be there in 10 mins if you have it on the counter. (That’s what happened the last few times. I wasn’t handed the last bag.) I’ve never had a problem with this location until tonight. The person y’all have entrusted to be your “manager” decided he was gonna argue and get ridiculous about the 6 tiny pieces of chicken claiming he personally put em in the bag. No sir. I would not have wasted my gas over a 6 piece chicken bite if it weren’t first of all for my screaming toddler and second of all in the bag. I do not appreciate his attempt at accusing me of lying behind something so stupid. I also don't appreciate his attempts of intimidation by pacing around my car in the parking lot as I called other locations (Willow @ 18:51) requesting info on how to speak to the owner. I also don’t appreciate him coming back up to me to argue and try to get almost inside my car even more behind getting my missing item and inquiring his name. All the while the other two employees thinks his behavior is hilarious behind the window. Normal people would call the cops. I don’t see the point of ruining a man’s life behind a 6pc chicken bite. The remaining two employees did manage to get my missing item and get me on my way. I will be attempting to talk to the owner Monday morning if not a higher up manager then himself.

The girl in the window was really mean. No ketchup in the bag. Charged me $3.00 for a cup of water. I got down to ask for ketchup up everyone was on the phone. If you don’t want to be at work are hate your job just quit.

pretty bad service lmao. went through and ordered 3 things, one being a combo. they asked me if i wanted a combo two times and yet forgot my fries bruh. like cmon man. and i love checkers so this is disappointing. they also had no customers so idk how they mess it up and the food is cold smh. service was pretty bad too.

Terrible. Everything was obviously fried a second time and had nearly no flavor left. Chicken strips looked nothing as advertised, what even is this? The best thing we got was the bbq sauce.
I went through the drive-thought to pick up a DoorDash order that I had received I signed my name like I do on everything else on the pick up order paper or whatever it was and the lady turned back and said rudely that I need to sign my actual name so I did and then she turned around put the paper back and told me I had to confirm the order before I could receive it and then the manager asked if I confirmed the order and I showed her my phone and she shoved me the order and said something rude underneath her breath to where I couldn’t hear it!
