Went on 9/26 around 7pm. You can expect to wait half an hour for 1 spicy sandwich and 8 nuggets. Then they won’t call your food when it’s hot and ready, they let it sit for a while THEN don’t even call your number. They don’t restock condiments, they all turn their back to the customers at the register counter so they can lean on the food window and chill. I’ve never seen 3+ people leaning their elbows on the counter chilling WITH THEIR MANAGER. Have some decency and respect for the work you do. Will never return

This Chick-fil-A was okay. Nothing special. It did have a limited menu since it was on a college campus and in their student Union. The only place open in the student Union on a Saturday was this.

I have been here four times and each time was a bad experience. Once I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the bun was too hard to even bite into. Each time there was sauce missing from my order, including an order with a wrap, and they take too long to get the food to you. Usually I don’t leave a bad review but something needs to change.

UL STUDENTS!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR DB HERE!!! The service is horrible! These people take forever to give you your meal! Even after the text message says your food is ready they still take too long to bring it to you! And they take way too long with the drinks!!! The food is alright but the service is horrible! Spend your DB at McAlisters or the Dining Hall but dont waste it at Chic fil A!!!!!

I ordered a cobb salad with no bacon and avocado dressing with the chicken nuggets on top and a Sunjoy with no ice. I get home only to find out I wasnt given a fork, dressing for the salad, no chicken on the salad or anything other than lettuce and three tomatoes. Oh, and my sunjoy came with ice. If you would like a nice Chick-fil-a experience you probably should pick another location.
