Morgan was completely rude. She asked if I wanted to add or take anything from my mobile order. As I always have I asked for a fork. She looked and said with a horrible attitude you can add that at the window. I’ve never had an issue before getting it added by any other employee.

First off, I never had an issue until today. I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened and always have great service , but today the two guys working outside were sooooo rude! I was the next customer in line and I was looking at the menu on my phone so one of the guys ignored me and went to the next car and the other guy ignored me as well and went to the other car! I am beyond upset at this and it is not right at all! Customer service sucked today and I am in disbelief cause not Chick fil a !!!!!

We’re out of towners who tried out dine-in (for the first time) at CF. I’m highly impressed with the service in this location. We went during lunch time when it’s the BUSIEST. I’m talking PACKED. That didn’t stop the workers from having great attitudes! Everyone was so nice and super friendly with my 15mo old. Food was quick, fresh, and delicious!
Parking: plenty of spots since it’s in the same vicinity as McDonald’s and phone company
Poor service from drive-thru, completely incorrect order. 2/3 of order was both wrong items and had extra charges but were not given what we paid for.
Called to get correction, answered with an attitude and poor service once again. Never had service this bad from chic-fil-a and clearly can see why this one has lower ROI annually.
Employee hung up the phone and audibly was complaining upon hang up. Go to ambassador or johnston because this is not worth your time and the employees are infinitely nicer and more accurate on food.

Drive thru order taker talking to some one, did not take order until we called her over. Food awful. Chicken was thin and burnt. Usually you get great service and fresh cooked chicken. NOT THIS TIME. WILL NOT DO CHICK FILET AGAIN. Being from Georgia I alway get great meals.

Never thought the day would come when I would not give 5 stars to a chick fil a but apparently I am not the only one that has found this location more than lacking. The employees were hanging out in the bathroom stalls while my daughters waited to use the bathroom. Then they forgot our coffee, no big deal until they ignored us while we tried to get it, they said they had to brew it and ut would take another 5 mins we said that would be fine because we are traveling and then after waiting they came over and said the pot had already been cleaned. She was nice about it, but just overall chaos. Also, got our order wrong. 🤦🏻♀️

Stopped here driving thru from Houston. The staff was nice, the place was clean, and even though they were packed the orders were coming out pretty fast! Our order was 100% correct! I was very impressed
