Okay I have to say that I love the chicken nuggets and the spicy delux sandwich but I got very disappointed yesterday with their service and the food. I’m a Latina and I guess some time people don’t understand my accent so I ordered a Spicy Delux sandwich meal and 8 nuggets meal but I just want one drink so my sandwich wasn’t what I ordered and also chicken was kind of burnt so I have to return it, they really help me with that and give me a new one. I have to say that I was very HUNGRY so I wasn’t happy with their service. Also the new location didn’t help with the traffic because the line was long and don’t allow entrance to they parking lot for dine in .

The car service is very fast. They have order takers outside, so it pays to perouse the menu and know what you want to order before you get there.

Order was just right and made quickly. The two-lane system works perfectly. The servers weren't as peppy as I'm accustomed to seeing at CFA.

Y'all act like it'll cut into your profit margins to put a family sized order into more than one bag. I know I'm not the only customer tired of losing part of my order I paid hard earned money for to the floorboard or door compartment because the bag is so full, it's top heavy and cannot be closed and tips over for every little turn on the drive home. Even McDonald's employees have the courtesy to split your order into multiple bags that can be folded closed.

By far the worst Chick-fil-A customer service experience I have ever had. Tyra took our order and it was Iike we were an inconvenience to her. Multiple sighs when we ordered. Was told they couldn’t accommodate a special request because it was too much work for the kitchen. All we asked for was no cheese on a breakfast burrito. Food was not as good as usual. It almost worth the drive to Johnston from Youngsville for better service and food.

I come to this establishment several times per month to pick up mobile orders. The procedure is to go to the mobile order line near the lemonade fountains. Once you are here a member of the team will help you…. Or is supposed to help you. Over the past two months I have been in to pick up mobile orders at least 50 times. No team member comes to help you. They all look at you and then never ask how they can help, or even acknowledge you. Many of them will walk right past you and ignore you! You have to get loud and demand their attention which is unacceptable! Then they want to be upset and offended you had to nearly shout excuse me at one of them. Last night was my breaking point with this problem. Heavenly walked past me 4 times without ever asking how she could help me. When I finally stopped her and said excuse me twice she came over. Found my order and wanted me to confirm the pick up. However the order had a drink so I told her and she was like I need you to confirm it. So I told her I would confirm the pick up once she handed me the drink. The bag even had a straw attached to it to indicate it had a drink. She seemed irritated but fixed the drink then I happily confirmed the order.
The staff ignoring mobile orders is the biggest complaint. It’s rude to not just DoorDash people but also chick fil a app users! I have even watched employees ignore mobile orders to go and talk with someone else standing in the line waiting for food for over 10 minutes. My longest wait here was 36 minutes for an order. None of the other chick fil a locations in town have this problem.
