I had a flat tire in the drive thru and the employees were so kind and accommodating. The main reason I’m writing this review is to give a recognition to Andre who helped me replace my flat tire. He was so kind and helpful. I’m so appreciate of him and his generosity. Another employee also made the trip to bring my food to the car after I had to pull over in the parking lot. Amazing customer service! Thank you again Andre!

Ordered a number 1 with no pickles a medium fry and Lg drink to go. I get to my destination right down the road. I sit down to eat my chicken sandwich which is cold and overcooked basically inedible. The fries were cold soggy and I literally got 6 French fries in a freaking medium. This is so unacceptable from a chic fi la. I will never go back to this location.
