This was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I waited over an hour, multiple dashers were assigned, and in the end I never even got my order. On top of that, I wasn’t given a refund for all the time and frustration this caused. Completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. Chick-fil-A got to work on their delivery orders.
Everyone is always sooo nice, but the past 3 times I’ve gone they have forgotten various items like sauces, icecream, brownie (despite putting it in the app or telling them). As well, they have forgotten to give me napkins or gave me the wrong drink. I don’t leave reviews often, but I’m a little disappointed as of lately

I come to this establishment throughout the week. The service is very organized and respectful. A server Angie has stood out of the employees due to her excellent customer service. The food is also excellent and tasteful. Thank you Chick-fil-A and Angie!!
