This was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I waited over an hour, multiple dashers were assigned, and in the end I never even got my order. On top of that, I wasn’t given a refund for all the time and frustration this caused. Completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. Chick-fil-A got to work on their delivery orders.

Everyone is always sooo nice, but the past 3 times I’ve gone they have forgotten various items like sauces, icecream, brownie (despite putting it in the app or telling them). As well, they have forgotten to give me napkins or gave me the wrong drink. I don’t leave reviews often, but I’m a little disappointed as of lately

It seems like the chicken is getting smaller, while the prices are getting higher. Check your bags before you leave, because this location consistently is missing items. I’m not just talking about condiments; my last visit was missing 2 whole orders of fries, with the 2 meals we ordered.

I went in the morning and order on the app, one chicken burrito. There was only one car in front of me and the server on my side spent 5 minutes talking, and had already finished taking their order. The other side had 2-3 cars go by. When I got up to the server, she seemed annoyed that I was there. I went to the window grabbed my burrito. It was cold and tasted old.
