I been wanting to try this place since its right near my job. They have very cute decor here as well as outdoor seating to enjoy the fall weather. The cashier was nice and even recommended her favorite chicken salad. I was a little concerned that this place was not following social distancing guidelines because it seemed like all the seats were available for dine in. Luckily, it was not packed so I was able to find seating within a reasonable distance from other customers. I decided on trying two seasonal items, the patti thai'rific and the pumpkin pie cheesecake. My food tasted great and I enjoyed having the availability of tabasco for an extra kick. The issues that I had were that I did not have enough crackers for my chicken salad and that the pumpkin cheesecake was quite a small slice. I would have preferred to choose as many crackers as I would like! I really love that you get a little cookie with each purchase of chicken salad. Desserts are life after a meal!.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. They are so clean and their employees are amazing. Once this woman came in throwing a fit about lettuce and tomatoes and the little new girl Ms. Ashlyn handled it very well when the woman started to get angry and got Ms. Tonya, one of my favorite employees, so kind and polite. They gave her free deserts and she said she would never recommend Chicken Salad Chick to anyone and I disagree! Most amazing and clean place, they also make you feel so safe with the pandemic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! :)

I visited this chicken salad chick for the first time today, and experienced an extremely rude interaction. Not with the employees but with a guest. She was incredibly disrespectful to all of the workers even when they went above and beyond what was necessary to please her. She wanted lettuce and tomatoes on a sandwich but failed to inform them of that and then proceeded to belittle them in front of myself and other guests. The manager was extremely kind, polite, and understanding despite being put in that situation. Y’all have amazing workers here.

The chicken salads are pretty good. Just stay away from the turkey sandwiches. They have that cheap, over processed texture similar to a canned ham.
