Well my daughter and myself as well as my coworkers and myself order from here pretty often. Well today i placed online order and once i received my order open the bag and there is no utensils or napkins. Come on now do better.

The food and the atmosphere was wonderful and amazing The time was very quick to get the food the people were very friendly the order was very accurate and was well worth the soup and the scoop was a really good deal and the cake was about amazing

No Skateboarding

Had a hair on my pickle, then when I got it replaced, had no cheese or bacon on my soup, and the wrong chicken salad. They did replace it again. Place was a mess though, couldn’t find a single clean table. Crumbs everywhere and they never came pick up the plates on any of the tables.

Tya was phenomenal serving me. It’s my first time visiting the restaurant and she was so helpful and patient with me helping to decide which flavor chicken salad I wanted. I loved her smile and contagious energy! She deserves 5 stars alone! Food was terrific also!

This has to be the worst take out experience I’ve encountered. My coworkers and I placed orders online, two of us, which included me, placed orders about 45 minutes prior to my arrival and the other about 15 minutes. My order was the only made but I was missing my side. No big deal but the other two orders weren't made yet which annoyed me because our purpose of ordering online was so it’d be ready for me to quickly pick up before work. When I asked why weren’t the orders made since we ordered 15-30 minutes ago, I was told “we make it closer to the time youre suppose to come so the food doesn’t get cold”. Huh, the food is served cold though….

It only gets worst, the reason I’m assuming it wasn’t made was because my coworkers had ordered croissants and they were out. Which wasn’t reflected online nor I’m not sure why no one called the number on the receipt. They offered to substitute with white bread which was a disappointment but we didn’t want to make a hassle.

I’m glad I asked for the receipts because my coworkers had ordered pickles and I saw they were missing so I asked about that and they said they were also sold out of that and offered a substitute. What irritated me was because had I not asked about it, we were just going to be missing something we paid for??

This of course angered my coworkers so they except me wanted their money back. When I let them know, the associate just took it to the back. No apologies no explanation. Now I’m running late for work so I asked for the manager on duty to come out because I didn’t know if I needed to do anything or confirm she was able to refund my coworkers. When she came out to tell me I didn’t need to do anything, again, no apologies or concern for what went wrong. Nobody was rude so that why I’m giving two stars but everybody was just unbothered like paying for sold out menu items and forgetting food and delayed preparation was just normal. I’m giving two stars also because my jalopeno holly salad was good

the food here is amazing and i think this place is going wonderful things for the community (offering free meals for kids until snap benefits are restored!) but god the service is AWFUL. every time i go the girl working the window is so rude! today i went and asked for a few extra crackers and i got the biggest attitude like GIRL the crackers are 3 steps away from you! it’s very hard to support a place that has such rude workers, but the food is great!!

So I've heard a lot of good things about chicken salad chick so I ordered from them today. The pasta salad was okay but it was a little on the dry side and could have used more Italian dressing, so I added my own Italian dressing to it. The large order was almost $13 and was supposed to "feed 4" but the portion was really small. I also ordered the jalapeno chicken salad but it was really on the salty side. All in all I don't feel like I got my money's worth.

Just wondering how you don’t put BLT on a BLT sandwhich ? Seriously? I always get the same thing we I order here and haven’t had Chicken salad chick in awhile and I was craving my regular order. Kinda sucks when you pay $20 for lunch and then are left disappointed… just a dry, boring sandwhich now. ?

This is by far my worst experience. I always get the same thing every time I go. There was no pickle in my box and they gave me 5 crackers for TWO scoops. The presentation is also not appealing it looks like they didn’t care at all !! Also , the crackers taste like they are old/ stale. I’m highly disappointed.
