So I've heard a lot of good things about chicken salad chick so I ordered from them today. The pasta salad was okay but it was a little on the dry side and could have used more Italian dressing, so I added my own Italian dressing to it. The large order was almost $13 and was supposed to "feed 4" but the portion was really small. I also ordered the jalapeno chicken salad but it was really on the salty side. All in all I don't feel like I got my money's worth.

Just wondering how you don’t put BLT on a BLT sandwhich ? Seriously? I always get the same thing we I order here and haven’t had Chicken salad chick in awhile and I was craving my regular order. Kinda sucks when you pay $20 for lunch and then are left disappointed… just a dry, boring sandwhich now. ?

This is by far my worst experience. I always get the same thing every time I go. There was no pickle in my box and they gave me 5 crackers for TWO scoops. The presentation is also not appealing it looks like they didn’t care at all !! Also , the crackers taste like they are old/ stale. I’m highly disappointed.

It is gross when the employee serving my food at the window has a herpes fever blister actively bleeding on his mouth as he hands me my food.

Another great Chicken Salad Chick location. I had the Jalapeño Holly spread on a croissant. Next time, I'm thinking about Olivia's Old South. Today, the broccoli salad was a bit dry but very fresh. They offer both sweetened and unsweetened tea, and their tea is much better than it is at other locations. I've had the lemonades here and they are also very good.

Actually I was next door to CSChick while my wife (the best of my world) was at CSChick picking up our take away lunch. My chic-salad bacon and provolone cheese on buttery croissant was superb. The staff at this fantastic shop are great at showing off their skills when meeting the request of the customer. The ease of accessible to the business could be better in a more traffic conducive location.

Bad experienceHers how it wentWe entered the place and realized that the menu is hard to understandI ordered the “Dixie Chick” (figured I was ordering the croissant sandwich)My husband wanted “plain chicken salad” and we wanted to dine inThe person taking our order asked ,”Two scoops”? My husband said yes please (thinking he was getting 2 scoop on his sandwich)The server brought tray with 2 scoops and said”It’s all on one tray”I didn’t understandWhy would I want to eat off someone else’s plate?There was no croissants, only 2 packs of crackersI went to the counter and asked why we were served on the same tray?She looked at me like I had 3 eyes!!!!Needless to say we spent over $20 for 2 scoops of chicken salad 1 pickle and 1 cookieNEVER AGAIN!!!
