-10 stars. Pick-up order yesterday, food was just thrown in box. Ranch had a fry in it. Called for manager no response. I had nothing with fries and tenders seemed refried. Definitely not going back.

Our Server Greg was Awesome. One of the best we have experienced in a long time at any restaurant. The Food was OK but we didn't care for the newer menu and lack of choices compared to the older menu. The food wasn't as tasty as previous visits but it was OK. The Service was outstanding.

The manager Brandon, at this Chilis, is outstanding and really cares about the customers and their experience. When we had an issue with our food, he immediately listened to our concerns with patience and understanding. He went above and beyond to make things right, ensuring we left satisfied.

Food took almost an hour for a triple play! Place was disgusting! Bathrooms, bar, kitchen (cause I could see from where I was sitting) all of it! Employees hollering at each other like animals! When the food came out it was cold .., over cooked meat etc! Never again.. such a shame!!!!!!

Lights were to bright. Bar closed early,right after last table walked in.

Went to Chillies about 3:30 to get a take out order.Could not get waited on . No one came to take my oder . It wasn’t busy so I left and will not be back . Too many places to eat in Lafayette .
