My food was good and the waitress was nice. I went with a lot of people so one person didn’t get there food until 5 mins before there closing time. She ordered a steak and potato. Her steak came
Out 30mins before her potato’s. So she ate the steak thinking the potatoes was gonna soon be done. They came bring the bill and then the potatoes. So we ask for a manager and explain it to her and she said ok I’ll take it back. I thought that meant she gonna resolve the issue in any way but she took the hot potatoes and walked off and we paid our bill and left. That was a terrible decision to go there and I hope she get experience and no one have to experience that again.

Kid-friendliness: I didn’t know they charge the kids to touch and browse on the tablets at the table. One person got her bill and it was on her bill.

The amount of things that went wrong on our visit are unacceptable. The seat on the booth had a large hole in it which no one seemed to notice or care about.. The person that brought our drinks just hastily plopped them down on the table, he didn't take the time to find out who ordered each so it fell on me to distribute each drinks to our table. There was some sort of dried up foreign object in my unsweetened tea, so I had it replaced with water. There was then a dead bug on my water cup, pretty disgusting. The staff were moving chairs for a large group by obnoxiously and very loudly dragging them across the floor which was annoying. When our food arrived we had to ask for silverware which we had to wait on. We were missing a salad, so she brought it out, with no silverware which we had to ask for and wait again. When our bill arrived they hadn't removed the tea so we had to wait for that to be corrected. Completely unacceptable. Please try to do better.

My wife and I went there tonight. Didnt have to wait long to sit. Our server Lexi that took our order was very nice and polite. I ordered the Alex Sante fe burger, and my wife got the Brisket Quesadilla. I've had the Santa fe burger before and never had any problems with it. I go to open it put some A-1 sauce on it, and there is no guacamole on it. I had to look on the site to see what it came with again, it had been awhile since ive had it. This is the exact reading of what it comes with. "Guacamole, pepper Jack, diced onions, Jalapenos, tomato, pickles, cilantro, drizzled with Santa Fe sauce". It did not have guacamole on it. I asked Lexi about it and she said she would get me a side of it. I got some and proceeded to put the guac on it, and saw they had DICED jalapenos. I dont remember seeing the description as diced. It just said "Jalapenos". The onions came diced exactly how it said, that right there is misleading to customers. Sliced jalapenos are a better option, me and other customers could choose how many we want on it and could better pick out the seeds if need be. My wife was pointing that out to me about her quesadilla also, of the DICED jalapenos and could not finish her meal. Descriptions are everything to a customer, if they are paying to eat out. Chilis used to be really good and i can see how some people have been complaining about it recently. If something is not broken, dont fix it. Our server Lexi was very nice and we dont blame her for this disappointment of a meal and this sad state of what this restaurant used to be. And more thing, bring back the house made chilli.

We ordered 2 steak and it was over cook and it very dryed. My hamburger was was a med well and I ASK for a well done burger. Our fries was over cook.

This is one of my son's favorite places to have lunch. The service was pretty good despite having such a large crowd. The servers are extremely friendly and tentative. The food was great tasting and a good value. I'd highly recommend this place for a meal.

Way overcooked burgers. This is the second time in a row that the burgers haven't been very good. What's the point of advertising the value of the burger meals if they aren't good?

Service is a hit or miss, depending on who you get as a server. One girl there, we LOVE (Tall, Brunette). The food is good for the price you pay.
