I haven’t been to Chili’s in years. I have been craving the south western rolls and randomly decided to go while I was out, and I am so happy I did! I believe the man was the manager, and he was helping the staff with every move. Everyone seemed happy to be there and like their jobs. The food was good and came out quick. Everyone was so kind. My family and I will be back!
The wait for a table was not long, but unnecessary from what I could see. Tables just were not being cleaned very quick. After being seated it was several minutes before our server came to greet us. The rest of the dining experience was as expected. Food was hot and service was good after the unnecessary wait and long time waiting for menus.
