How is this place even still alive 6 total crew members behind the counter and only 2 of them are helping guests long line almost out the door and about 6 or 7 delivery drivers all waiting on food because theres 2 crew restocking things in the kitchen 2 making food 1 standing next to the case and 1 twirling with keys at the register. Severely disappointing as a delivery driver we expect food to be ready to go or being wrapped up when we arrive it is unacceptable to have to wait 10+ mins sometimes 20+ mins because a store doesn't have its shit together. Absolutely horrendous.

Went there last night, they had nothing available. They were out of white rice, the steak was going to be another 10-15 mins, out of sour cream, cheese. No apologies, no customer service to try to redeem it. Once I realized they were out of so many items, I just asked him to disregard the bowl (had rice in it) he just takes it, dumps it back in to the communal rice and serves it to the next customer. I have never been more disappointed in an experience at Chipotle ever. My daughter is was in town from Lake Charles and was so excited to get a bowl and she left so disappointed too. This location really needs to step up and try harder. It’s never clean, wait is insane and now they are just out of everything.

Dirty place. We went in more than an hour before close and they were out of sofritas and had no plans to make more. Ice was empty and the employees argued about who would refill it. Poor experience. The cobwebs at the front door did not add positively to our visit.

Chipotle is one of my fav Mexican restaurants right next to Chuys. The carne asada and El pollo is the best in my opinion.

After reading other reviews, we walked in, looked at the food behind the counter, it looked dry and untidy. Just kids working. We left.... The end!!!! 😵💫😬
Another corporate company that refuses refunds for their mess ups. It should be illegal to charge someone and refuse a refund for a product that was never received

I came in with a coupon for a free entree and the gm said “oh that person doesn’t work here anymore I’m the gm, it will be $20 “ I feel like the transaction was rushed even though we were the only people in there and that comment came off really rude instead of saying, “sorry we don’t accept that anymore” I love the food but that comment was rude

First off the place was a mess ! Trash cans full, tables dirty, food on floors etc. The guy behind the register was very arrogant and obviously did not want to be there ! Only people working was the guy on the prep line and a cook. Everyone else watching and gossiping about customers when they could’ve been cleaning the place up or something. Customer service starts with Mgmt and obviously that’s lacking. We will NEVER be back !

the food isn’t bad, but everytime i go in i get charged differently. if it was a couple dollars i wouldn’t complain but sometimes it’s $6 and sometimes it’s $12. im not sure why it’s different. when i mentioned it to the person at the counter they seemed to get annoyed and had attitude with me. i am never one to complain literally all of my reviews on google are positive. i just wanna know why considering i get no meat im being charged $12 for basically a bowl of rice and sides.

Whoever made my order can’t read. They put the order receipt on my box, but failed to put everything in it that should have went in there.

I am writing to report serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene at your restaurant. During multiple visits at different times of the day, I have consistently observed food scattered on the floors and tables that are rarely cleaned. The food prep area is also visibly dirty, and surfaces appear to be wiped down with the same cloth repeatedly.
These conditions are extremely unhygienic and raise serious public health concerns. I am worried that, if these issues are not addressed immediately, there could be a potential outbreak or health hazard.
I strongly urge you to take corrective action to ensure the restaurant meets proper sanitation standards.
Edited: your general response does nothing to address the health concerns that many of your regulars seem to be having. I rarely write reviews but the restaurant was so filthy and disgusting I really felt the need to share…. Now reading other reviews it seems that management/owners are well aware of the issues and just don’t care as long as sales are good. Someone will have to make a call to the Louisiana Department of Health…. This place needs to be inspected before someone is badly hurt (food poisoning or worst) by the negligence of the owners and management that allow this to go on. The employees looked so miserable so you can tell it’s poorly run and those people aren’t making enough money to care.

First time visiting this store I can say I won't be back. Let me start with the young man who took my order was very sweet and has the best customer service in that store. I've been in the food service industry for 20 years and I'm very familiar with the food safety guidelines. The veggie side was broke down at 930ish. Everything placed behind on another counter not meant to keep things at the correct holding temp. The young lady cleaning sprayed her cleaner right into the line while another customers food was sitting right there. The employee working with the customers did pull some products from another line by the register but for the most part if someone needed veggies or something else it came from the food sitting out. My time to order - great employee again very kind. I ordered my daughters food thankfully everything else after meat came from that side line but when it was time for the queso there was none in the cambro so he explained he needed to get some more. Unable to locate any on the side line he opened a new bag and dropped the new product into the old dried up queso pan already on the line. I decline the queso and paid for my food. Kudos to the young man helping all the customers that was in line. Such great customer service.

Ordered food this evening and was extremely disappointed when both the bowl and burrito were made with pretty much all uncooked rice and barely any meat. Not edible and now wasted $32 on dinner. Ordered through DoorDash and wasn’t even able to get a refund instead $10 in DoorDash credit.
