Just ordered from Grubhub today. No drink in an empty cup. No chips for so-called queso dip. Sad thing is that empty cup was way better “tasting” than the dip. No More Chipoopoo Ever!!!!

I’ve been here twice in the last week and there’s a wait on chicken. Today I stood in line for 10/15 minutes just to get a the front and them tell us it’s a wait on chicken. This location is poorly managed. I’ve never been to a chipotle with poor planning and long customer waits.

Was very disappointed when me and my fiancé decided to come eat here. The food was average, didn't taste that well. Chips were stale, and food tasted weirdly when all blended in our bowls. The pricing was way too expensive for what we got. The attitudes of the employees were rude and disrespectful, and we felt like we were being rushed and disregarded.The only few good things are that the music was upbeat and relaxing, the place was clean for the most part, and the design of the of tables and light fixtures.Overall, I would not recommend it, and unfortunately, we will not be returning. If this place is to stay open, address the issues everyone in the reviews keeps talking about. Do better.

Everytime I feel like I want some chipotle I'm reminded of this locations inconsistency. Something seems to be wrong each time I go. With this time being the worst. The meat was overcooked, the ingredients were wrong, and the service was very poor. Spent $30 for the entire meal to be terrible.

The food was very good, I like to get the burrito every time I go. The line wasn't long when we got there but right after it was huge, going all the way to the door! That just proves the food is amazing.

The manager was incredibly rude when I asked why I was being charged for 2 extra sides . I asked for my cheese and salsa on the side instead of my bowl bc I don’t like my cheese melted or warm salsa . I paid the extra charge bc I drove over 30 minutes for it.

I will give them the benefit of it being close to closing time. We came in at 10pm an hour before closing and there was a significant amount of items not available. Which okay that’s understandable being almost closing. There were no vegetables, corn, or chips again we can get past that but the cashier was also being rude on top of it. We kindly asked for guac not extra guacamole but a regular amount as people typically ask for and were told multiple times no because they would have to charge extra??? We all know guac is extra. And when we sat down to eat the white rice which is supposed to be cilantro and lime white rice was sad plain white rice, not even a little salt. Over all the experience was not great.

I only give the food a 4 because I found hair in my food. They quickly made me another one and were very apologetic. There wouldn't have been hair in my food if they would wear hairnets.

Although the food is always good, The guy (seemed like the manager) put a minimal amount of meat in our bowls. My daughter is an athlete and it just wasn't enough food for her, even though she is tiny.We love Chipotle and have gone to several between Louisiana and Mississippi when we travel- so we know what is a normal amount.It was just super skimpy.Also, the parking spaces near the dumpers need to be pressure washed. It smells rancid. Park along Ambassador if you don't want to be nauseated.

If i could give 0 stars I would. How do I walk into your store and the employees tell me to wait for 10 minutes because of a large catering order. I have worked in the food service industry and I understand how it can be difficult when large orders come in but never have I turned down a customer. We were told to wait because they had to finish this order because it was “already paid for” yet we as customers who came into the store somehow don’t deserve to be served?? Honestly was dumbfounded and will be reporting to corporate. There were about 5 people waiting to be served while they finished this order, why not work in the orders of the people actually in the store!!!
