So I Order a whole ham&cheese poboy yesterday and go to Robley to pick it up. Paid cash for a whole sandwich and then get home and it's only a 1/2. So I called and twice had to tell the young lady you can't issue me a credit over the phone because I paid cash. I said politely I would come and get the other1/2. So I got back in my truck drove 15min & went to the drive thru as insturcted.Get there it's not ready. Waited another 10-15 min. had to go inside and complain then about...read full review
Lack luster gumbo: Arrived just after opening, ordered chicken and sausage gumbo with extra rice. Gumbo arrived and was luke warm. Had a overpowering taste of roux which really made the meal unworthwhile. I've eaten at Chris's a number of times before and not had this issue so there is the unknown of why it was soo bad this time. I will think twice before visiting again.
