Great place to stop with real Louisiana seafood - poboys, gumbo, muffalettas. Prices are reasonable and the food is plentiful and very good. Our server was friendly and the service was quick. We will definitely go back. I ordered an oyster poboy. The oysters were big and cooked perfectly on great bread with tarter sauce and cabbage. It was huge!

Honestly, never have a disappointing experience until today on 8/28. I came in at 7:50 PM. Yes, I used to work in the restaurant business, so I understand that the cooks close down when they can, but at 7:50 PM the doors were closed and locked and they didn’t rush to the door until I pointed at the sign. When they finally decided to let me in, because technically they are still open, I asked to order a Muffalatta sandwich, which if I am not mistaken is one of the most expensive sandwiches they have as a whole sandwich, they told me the cooks shut everything down and to have goodnight. No rush to make it quick. No urgency. Worst experience I have had after being a dedicated customer for years and always bragging about their food, their service, and the Muffalatta ESPECIALLY! Food is always top-tier! But by far super disappointing to basically get kicked out by wanting one of the most expensive sandwiches they have to offer. Next time keep one of everything open. Don’t shut everything down.

Honestly hands down the best spot to go with the family. A very welcoming environment with top tier customer service!!! In particular we love Miss Amber Taylor who has become like family. So I Order a whole ham&cheese poboy yesterday and go to Robley to pick it up. Paid cash for a whole sandwich and then get home and it's only a 1/2. So I called and twice had to tell the young lady you can't issue me a credit over the phone because I paid cash. I said politely I would come and get the other1/2. So I got back in my truck drove 15min & went to the drive thru as insturcted.Get there it's not ready. Waited another 10-15 min. had to go inside and complain then about 5 min. later finally got the other 1/2.What really upset me was there was no customer service or sense of urgency to correct the problem. When I went in the employees were standing around socializing. Now I don't know if the owner or whoever cares but to me regardless of how much you are being paid you are hired to do a job and if you don't feel that way then quit. But to walk out to my vehicle with a soured look on your face try to remember I didn't screw the order up your employees did. Had it been handled correctly to begin with I wouldn't have had to wait ''ANOTHER'' 30 minutes.
