The muffaletta was delicious 🤤
After lunch rush had a party of 4 and was asked to move because of sign saying party of 5 +. 20+ tables available but we had to scrunch to smaller table....really????
My first time eating here, and will definitely be back. I was a little skeptical about the cabbage on the shrimp poboy, but it works.
Great sandwich and great staff
Made a very large to go order, everything was correct and bagged nicely. Very different from any poboy I’ve had before and on the smaller side compared to places around town. We got an order of bread pudding and the rum sauce was extremely alcohol-y tasting, just not my best. But overall pretty good!
Got to-go and waited over 30 minutes. Also at 3 o’clock the restaurant was almost empty.
Need more worker
I’ve been ordering po boys (fried oyster)from Chris’s since 1980s when my parents moved to Lafayette. I cannot find a po boy in Houston (where I live) that measures up to Chris’s!
Tasty poboys !
Good food - good service .

Very friendly service and fast. I ordered the fried fish platter and it was delicious. The fish is fried in a flour batter which I love. Well seasoned and the Togo experience was delightful. My food was packed nice and neat and nothing was missing. I have also tried their gumbo and it is very authentic. And the muffuletta is the best in Lafayette.
Excellent poboys !!!!!
Best Shrimp Poboy around!
Never had a white potatoe salad before so it really threw me off. Tasted mostly mayo and black pepper. Shrimp was good as was the fries. Usually would get the gumbo but decided to try the fried shrimp platter. Next time I will just stick with the gumbo.
Visiting from out of town and got a couple poboys, some gumbo, and some steak fries, during the night shift. The people were cool, fries were great, poboys were average, but the gumbo was horrible. Surely, everyone raving about the gumbo here got something different than me because neither me or the person with me could eat more than 2 spoonfuls.
