Church's Texas Chicken

I liked their chicken fry . It is juicy and soft but the sizes are but small. I once had a problem with them regarding food delivery. They didn't cooperate well at that time but later they returned my money because of my continuous calls to them.

Refused to give me the correct order, happened a quite a lot. I don’t bother to go back anymore

So horrible people and their service! I wish if I could give them a negative star! They are so rude to the customers, don't talk properly to the customers! I had an order which I never received and the man who I talked to about it even didn't want to help me. He kept on doaconneting my line. After a while as I kept on calling, he told me he would give me refund which also I never received. I think there is a close connection to them with some dishonest carriers who just pick the order and never deliver. The dasher sent me a fake message that the item was delivered which was not true and when I called him once he picked it saying he would deliver again. But since then his mobile is off! Thus I smelled something fishy! And that's why they didn't co-operate me finding me out what happened to my order. Also, that might be the reason why he kept on saying he would refund me. Worst of all, I called them the next to day to say I never received the refund, but the lady who received the call just dropped it by saying she was so busy and without letting me saying anything! So inconsiderate people! I ordered the chicken fries for my daughters and they slept without eating them as I was travelling

Don't go to this location. Unclean. The staff has absolutely no idea how to take an online order. I had so many items missing from my order and half the time, they are out of most of their drinks. Absolute do-do.

MANAGER WAS RUDE FROM START I CALLED TRYING TO RESOLVE A SITUATION WITH FOOD MY HUSBAND PLACED ONLINE AN BEFORE I CAN ASK WHAT CAN I DO TO GET A REFUND SHE HUNG UP ON ME THEN I CALLED BACK A SECOND TIME AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN VERY DISRESPECTFUL! AND WOULDN'T GIVE HER NAME...???????

Terrible. They locked the doors at 7:00 pm

Fresh Food, Friendly People, Had a large order kinda late in evening. All food was hot and fresh and employees were extra friendly!

The cashier was impatient and rude to my husband and granddaughter. She didn't take the time in taking his order request, then in error at the fault of the cashier, my granddaughter spoke up on behalf of her grandfather. The cashier then proceeded to shove the drink on the counter. Very displeased with the customer service received. In addition to there being work trucks that blocked the parking lot it was chaos with maneuvering in the parking lot due to their renovations/construction repair that was being done to the building. Was gravely disappointed that we drove 45 minutes just to patron a restaurant that didn't provide kind and respectable customer service.
