When your food order isn’t corrector waiting 20 minutes. And they don’t answer when you call to report issue. Wow!! This is why I go to location on university

The chicken tastes like it was fried in old grease and had so much oil in/on it that it poured out soon as pulled on it. In addition....we had to wait in the drive thru for over 15mins just to get to the pick up window. What a waste of time and money.

Food tastes like old grease, employees mostly interested in their phones & joking around, drinks tastes like the tanks are dirty in the restaurant and the convenience store.

1st off I was told there was only 1 flavor of chicken left even though it wasn't near closing time, opened my food when I got home which was 15 min away and realized they gave me a completely wrong order. Tried calling them multiple times but they never answered. I was picking up food for out of town family and when I open the box , I didn't have enough food to even feed half my family. This is awful customer service and was very embarrassing.
