1st off I was told there was only 1 flavor of chicken left even though it wasn't near closing time, opened my food when I got home which was 15 min away and realized they gave me a completely wrong order. Tried calling them multiple times but they never answered. I was picking up food for out of town family and when I open the box , I didn't have enough food to even feed half my family. This is awful customer service and was very embarrassing.

Been waiting 32 minutes for food ordered in drive through. Employees here are slow and have no energy. The Circle K store here is the same. Pitiful service. I will not come back.

This is some fantastic crunchy fried chicken! I didn't have time to take pictures as I was very hungry and this was very delicious. Located inside a shell gas station, stop in and say hi!

Placed an order online. Approximately 15 mins later, as we were leaving home to pick it up, got a call that they were out of chicken and could not fulfill the order. Asked how I could get a refund for the $50 I had paid. They did not know how I could do that. I was robbed. Avoid this place.

Amber is a very poor managerThe girl who took my order rang it wrong, it was a .76 difference. Amber said give her the .76 and take the okra back. Well that was the beginning of poor customer service. The girl who rang my order wrong was discourteous when I questioned the total. Then when I did get my change, I did not get my order, that I had to return, well by then the food was cold. Horrible experience

WORST CHURCHS CHICKEN IN THE AREA! DON'T GOOOO! CUSTOMER SERVICE 0! DRIVE THRU 0. THE EMPLOYEES DON'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE YOU. REQUESTING A NEW MANAGER. THERE IS ONLY 1 GOOD MANAGER THERE. MAYBE IF THEY PAY A LITTLE MORE THEY CAN GET BETTER EMPLOYEES THAT ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK. THEY NEVER HAVE WHAT YOU ASK FOR BECAUSE THEY DON'T FEEL LIKE DOING IT! I CAN SAY SO MUCH MORE, BUT THIS WOULD TURN INTO A BOOK.

I just wish I would have gotten 2 boxes of iced honey butter biscuits like I ordered but instead I got just regular old honey butter ,TWO BOXES OF THEM, that was the only reason I went to the store from get go. But It was to late bye time I realized.

Never can give you what you want to order. Asked for spicy chicken white and they say all we have is original. And refused to make what I order.
