Hostess was really rude. Server for our order wrong even after we repeated it twice and she repeated it once. It was pretty simple fajitas for two, chicken, no pepper only onions. The other order was fajitas for 1 only chicken no onions or peppers. Both came out with onions and peppers. There was a sock on the floor in the middle of the restaurant that everyone could see but no one bothered to pick up. And it was overall pretty dirty. We go offer, every other week. Going to take a break and try some new places.

Tried to come in for dinner tonight, the hostess was frazzled , the dinning room was empty and she still said it be a wait. This girl need help and no one to be found needles to say we didn't stay.

My family and I went to the Ambassador Caffery location at lunch on Saturday, Nov. 15th and we were seated immediately. The food was fresh and great, as always! The chips are so super crispy and salted to perfection and marries perfectly with the delicious jalapeño ranch. Our waiter, Vic, was excellent and very attentive. Definitely will be back!

Went to Chuy's in Lafayette Louisiana 10/28/25. It took a few minutes to get someone to seat us but after that everything was great. The waiter Victor was very attentive and personable. The Taco salad was one of the best I have ever eaten. The chips and dip were fresh and very good.

Holly was a treasure, perfect amount of checking up on us/leaving us to do our thing. Margaritas were great, and everyone enjoyed their meal.
Dietary restrictions: Dairy allergy was easily accommodated with the taco salad by removing the cheese.
Kid-friendliness: Kids meal comes with a small dessert, perfect for our 6 year old.

My husband and I have been out to eat with our children multiple times and it has not been very enjoyable. Today we had the pleasure of Kayla being our waitress. She was good with our pace of trying to get things going quickly, she was very knowledgeable of the menu, and offered options to make our two year old comfortable. 10 stars for her!! Thanks again Kayla. Food was very good as well. We'll be back!

Couldn’t wait to see what they had to offer. Took my family there to eat lunch which was good. However, I contracted food poisoning just a short time later. Came to the conclusion that it was from the Creamy Jalapeno Ranch dipping sauce. Have been doing some research and have seen that some other Chuy restaurants have had same issues.
