Had a lovely experience dining at Chuys on April 7. From the moment we were seated, our waitress Mary was fantastic. She was quick to greet us, polite, and provided overall excellent service. The food came out quick and was delicious!

My first time eating at a TexMex restaurant. It was quite amazing considering it wasn't Mexican food. The food had its own twist to it. My waitress Hailey G. was so pleasant & very helpful in helping me order. She also made a suggestion which turned out perfect, having a choice of which sauce I preferred, had it on the side instead of over my food. Wise advice for my taste! I plan on going back, the food was great!! I also will suggest having Hailey as my waitress because of her professionalism..

We decided to visit here for supper tonight, and it wasn't a bad visit, but there could have been some improvement.GOOD: The hostess was welcoming and sat us down immediately. We waited for a bit before our waitress finally greeted us. She was friendly and helpful at first (more on that soon). The food was delicious and filling for us, so there were no complaints. The pricing was good, and the atmosphere was OK (more on that, too)BAD: The waitress, though friendly, did not write down the orders, and when we got our food, it was wrong ["You gotta write it down!"]. But she did apologize and take it back to correct. She also almost got our drink orders mixed up, but she corrected herself. (She didn't even charge us for the drinks). I also noticed the tables were still filthy from previous customers, until 20-30 minutes after we sat down, someone finally came take of the trash. The time of service was slower, even when they weren't busy. The only other thing is that we noticed the menu got shorter, so there are not as many selections as before.OVERALL: Again, just a few things that I wanted to point out. I still recommend this place if you're looking for good tex-mex food. We will be returning again someday.

Neatly decorated and comfortable atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food was well prepared and hot. Tasted as delicious as it looks. The sauces are amazing and highly recommend. The salsa tastes fresh as well. Highly recommended food stop!

Service sucked. They must have been short handed. I have never seen it like this at this restaurant. They usually are Not like this hear. Our waiter had about 13 tables. She tried her best poor thing. We had to wait an extremely long time for our food and drinks and whatever we needed. All the other customers were having the same issues as we did. Hopefully, the service will be better next time.
