The pizza is usually always good. I always order extra cheese, but it's a 30% chance I get the extra cheese that I paid for. The cheesy bread never...I mean NEVER; has really any cheese on it. I can take a picture. It is extremely upsetting. The staff is always kind on the phone & at the counter when I arrive. They just need to make the orders properly. I do not appreciate paying for extra cheese & not receiving it.

By far the best Cici's I've ever been to. The staff were super quick and attentive to what everyone wanted on the buffet line. They seemed to be in great moods and were incredibly friendly.

Everything is pretty great I just wish the salad dressings were in a bottle instead or had a cover on them. Food drops in them and I really want the salad but the food that fall in it disgusts me.
