Crumbl is so good most of the time. Sometimes I get a cookie thay is mid to my preference but its so good. The store is always clean with good customer service

I will start with the positive! I love their cookies, they are warm and gooey, flavorful, and taste better than a traditional cookie. I love the ease of ordering through the App and picking up quickly.

These are the things I don’t Love…
I took 2 stars away from my review because #1- some of my cookies in my orders have been so hard on the edges that I can’t eat the whole cookie, and these cookies or too expensive to only be able to eat a portion of them.
#2 some of their cookies are cold and there is no option given for you to have them at least room temperature. I want to be able to bring “Ready-to-Eat” cookies to an event, not cold and hard cookies.
#3- The cookies that are NOT sold cold, are not warm at all and it seems they have sat out too long.
Disclaimer : I love their cookies when they are made correctly, at the right temperature. For the sake of this review I have noted the things that can improve.
